1. How does Ware2Go guarantee 2-day delivery?

Ware2Go has a vast network of warehouse partners across the U.S. Warehouses are strategically located close to large pockets of demand. Distributing your inventory across multiple locations enables you to reach more of your customers within 2 days with UPS Ground shipping.

The keys to successfully leveraging a distributed warehousing solution like Ware2Go’s nationwide warehouse network include:

Proper Inventory distribution

In order to offer 2-day ground shipping to as many of your customers as possible, you must know where your customers are located. Having the right inventory in the right place at the right time is the key to delivering on fast shipping promises.

Faster Fulfillment

Shoppers don’t care how long their package spends in transit. When you promise them 2-day shipping, they expect their product to arrive 2 days after they place their order. That means orders have to be picked and packed, ready to be shipped same-day or next-day, depending on the time of the order.

An Integrated WMS

Ware2Go’s advanced warehouse management system (WMS), FulfillmentVu, integrates directly with your digital sales channels — from marketplaces to your ecommerce site. This integration enables automated order uploads and tracking notifications to speed up the fulfillment process.

2. Who operates the warehouses and who do I contact for support?

Our warehouses are all independently operated by our 3PL and distribution center partners. These facilities must pass an extensive vetting and testing process, including a 100+ point inspection, to be added to the network. Their workflows are integrated with our technology platform, allowing merchants to connect all of their sales channels to their fulfillment functions through a single platform.

Once a merchant is onboarded, they are assigned a customer success manager (CSM) who is their primary contact. If merchants ever have issues or questions regarding the operations at any of our warehouse partners, their CSM serves as the primary point of contact to facilitate solutions with warehouse partners. Merchants have a single point of contact through Ware2Go for warehouse support, rather than having to contact their multiple warehouse facilities separately.

Merchants can view fulfillment and delivery statuses as well as download valuable reporting Ware2Go’s cloud-based warehouse management system (WMS), FulfillmentVu.

3. How does Ware2Go meet its Service Level Agreements (SLAs)?

Ware2Go considers warehouse partners an extension of our team, and we hold them to 99% on-time fulfillment and delivery SLAs. By aggregating multiple merchants’ inventory in a single warehouse, Ware2Go is able to negotiate service levels for small to mid-sized merchants that are usually reserved for high-volume shippers. In fact, since Amazon’s announcement of its new Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) requirements, Ware2Go has maintained 99.5% on-time fulfillment for SFP sellers.

Our warehouse partners are committed to maintaining SLAs because our clients are a valuable addition to their overall ADV (average daily volume).

4. How to I inbound inventory into the nationwide warehouse network?

As an end-to-end supply chain solution, Ware2Go can manage moving your inventory from the manufacturer your customer’s doorstep. Through a partnership with Coyote Logistics, we have access to an extensive freight network at competitive rates.

Managing your entire supply chain through a single provider gives you greater visibility into your supply chain. It’s easier to track your products as they move across your network and simplifies your supply chain management with fewer points of contact and fewer online platforms to navigate.

5. What if my fulfillment needs change over time?

Ware2Go’s solution is fully flexible and scalable, making it a perfect solution for both seasonal and high-growth merchants. This flexibility applies to changes in order volume, sales channels, and transportation mode and has helped our merchants build resilient supply chains that are able to withstand an often volatile market.

Merchant partner O2 Recovery pivoted their selling strategy when their main sales channel was shut down. Practically overnight, their order mix shifted from a majority of retail shipments to small parcel residential deliveries. Ware2Go’s flexibility allowed them to make this shift seamlessly without loss of revenue.

6. What product types do you support?

  • Big and Bulky
  • Temperature-controlled
